Yoga
Yoga is more than just movement - it’s a journey back to yourself. With a deep understanding of biomechanics, fascia, and anatomy, I tailor each practice to your body's needs, helping you release tension, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. My approach connects physical practice with inner balance, creating space for both strength and mindfulness. Whether you seek better mobility, relief from stress, or a deeper connection to yourself, I offer a practice that nurtures both body and soul.
Yoga is built on three pillars:
Asanas, Pranayama, and Meditation.
Improve flexibility, balance, and posture
Release tension and build strength
Enhance mobility and body awareness
Support joint health and prevent injuries
Promote a sense of grounding and stability
Asanas - Strengthen and align your body
Pranayama – Breathe with intention and inner focus
Regulate the nervous system and reduce stress
Increase energy and mental clarity
Deepen the connection between breath and movement
Improve lung capacity and circulation
Cultivate inner calm and emotional balance
Meditation – Cultivate the balance of your mind
Calm the mind and enhance focus
Promote emotional resilience and well-being
Create space for self-reflection and mindfulness
Reduce anxiety and improve overall mental health

Why combine manual fascia therapy and conscious fascia training?
Fascia training with its focus on awareness, flexibility, and strength, helps integrate the changes initiated by manual fascia therapy. Both practices use specific breathing techniques to stabilize the nervous system and reduce stress.
A key challenge in this work is to shifting ingrained postural habits - conscioius fascia training provides an ideal way to reinforce these changes through mindful movement and breathwork, helping the body adapt to its new alignment.
Together these practices enhance physical awareness, ease discomfort, and promote overall well-being, leading to greater freedom of movement and a balanced body. Integrating breathwork amplifies the stress-reducing benefits of both, creating a holistic approach to body-mind connection.
