About me

Twenty years ago, during a challenging time, Susanne found refuge in yoga. Through movement and breath, she reconnected with herself, calmed her mind, and discovered deep inner peace. What began as a personal practice grew into a lifelong passion for healing and transformation.

Eager to learn more, she explored various yoga styles—from the dynamic intensity of Power Yoga to Noah Maze’s precise, alignment-based approach. She gained a deep understanding of movement, structure, and the power of small adjustments. She also discovered Pranayama, breathwork that calms the nervous system and fosters inner balance.

Her desire to make yoga accessible to all led her to study biomechanics and anatomy—eventually leading her to Rolfing®. This manual therapy, developed by Dr. Ida Rolf, works with connective tissue to improve alignment and movement. While yoga builds awareness through breath and motion, Rolfing releases deep-seated tension, creating new freedom of movement.

After ten Rolfing sessions, Susanne experienced profound change—her body felt lighter, more open, and unrestricted. Yoga and Rolfing complemented each other, deepening her practice and inspiring her to teach. She believes yoga and bodywork are for everyone—not just the strong or flexible, but anyone seeking to reconnect with their body. Her passion is helping people move with ease, freedom, and confidence.
